The Jule Group® helps business leaders use AI to redesign how their organizations operate.

Most companies are bolting new technology onto old structures and wondering why nothing moves faster. Same org chart. Same workflows. Just faster spreadsheets and a chatbot nobody trained anyone to use. We work with leadership teams who want to do it differently.

Founded in 2018 by Tricia Smith, The Jule Group® started as an executive search firm. The pattern became clear fast: organizations kept hiring people into poorly designed roles, then wondering why retention suffered. So the work went deeper into talent strategy, workforce design, org chart redesign, and process mapping. When AI began reshaping every industry, the same operational design thinking applied at a different level. Leaders needed someone who could turn AI into strategy they could act on. That's where The Jule Group® sits today.

We combine twenty years of cross-industry experience (Nonprofit, biotech, healthcare, e-commerce, manufacturing, professional services, and more) with hands-on AI implementation. In practice, that means mapping the skills your people have against what's on paper, identifying what AI can handle, and focusing your team on work that requires human judgment.
